Wang Zhengzhi
Wang Zhengzhi is the senior partner of Globe-Law. Mr. Wang holds a Temple LLM while he also holds a B.A. and an LL.B.. Mr. Wang Zhengzhi has years of experience representing multinational and domestic corporations in intellectual property strategy and litigation throughout China.
Mr. Wang Zhengzhi provides comprehensive legal services in other areas relating to intellectual property, including: advising on assignment and licensing of intellectual property; advising on protection of copyright, domain name and trade secrets; advising on strategy for protection of copyright and other IP related rights and risk management measures; advising on other intellectual property related matters.
Mr Wang founded several websites focusing on IPR protections in China, including China Time Honored Brand Protection Net (www.Laozihao-ip.com), China IP Training Net (http://www.ip-training.cn/); and China IP Consultants (http://www.iplawad.com/). He takes the position of member of China Intellectual Property Right Society with senior membership, assessment expert of China Time Honored Brand, IP consultant of Beijing IP Office, part-time researcher of Intellectual Property Center of China University of Political Science and Law, IP Consultant of American Bar Association, standing director of International Chain Store and Franchising Association. Mr. Wang is also a member of XiĄŻan and Hefei arbitration committees.
Mrr Wang zhengzhi publicized many books and articles in China core periodicals, such as New Thoughts on Well-known Trademarks, Settlement of Conflicts between Trademark and Trade name, Thoughts about Well-known Trademark Pursuing, Judicial Recognition of Well-known Trademarks, Intellectual Property Right: the Protection of the Development of Enterprises, etc.; published the book Documentary of Full Process of IP Assessment and Protection for China Time Honored Brand. |
